It is not worth it becuase laptop parts are really expencive, and they are small and fiddly to work with, so with a laptop it works out cheaper to get a ready built one.

Not easily, and not if you do not have a good understanding of electronics, soldering delicate connections and testing systems.

Not recommended unless you
1) Have a LOT os spare time
2) This is a learning experience and you do not actually plan to use the laptop,
