well.. read this... first paragraph and it will explain it.. other ones after are on how to fix it!!!
-------------------very important----------------------
Beginning in 2007, daylight saving time (DST) will be extended in the United States. DST will start on March 11, 2007, which is three weeks earlier than usual, and it will end on November 4, 2007, which is one week later than usual. This results in a new DST period that is four weeks longer than in previous years.
and actually alot of phone will not auto reset to the new time.. hansets like normal cell phones will just need to b power cycled then it will get the new time.. (take battery out and put baq in)
pda and smart phones and stuff like that.. you will have to contact your service provider.. but if you have verizon.. i will post the link at the bottom... other service providers may have you do something diffrent..
verizon wireless customers you need to go to the website and download a patch
verizonwireless.com/dst
and on there they have patches to fix the dst...

NO SINCE THE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME STARTS AT 2 AM.
IT WILL SET ITSELF, BUT NOT NECESSARILY AT 2 AM. INSTEAD DIAL 611 AND YOU'LL FIND THAT THE TIME HAS BEEN SET.

Yes is should at 2AM. I think every cell carrier will not only adjust for DST they also adjust as you move from time zone to time zone.

It depends on what you have your settings on DST is it on or do you have it off. Mine is off because we do not do that.
