How do you insert a nose stud?

I have a nose screw retainer right now. I have taken it out once, so I have no problem working with that, but I just bought a nose stud that ends in a larger ball. I am not sure how I will fit that through my nose. http://www.mrspiercing.com/ProductImages/big/nose-stud.jpg
