Do you ever wake up, walk to the bathroom and you suddenly feel a sense of horrible 'staleness' and 'dread' about being here? It accumulates as you live your life, and then all at once, it just hits you.. a real slow-build thing. It's like 'oh man, am I still -here-? this tired-out old place? (and I'm not talking about your house) Does this place really exist? Another day, month, year, lifetime to go? Can it even end if you kill yourself, or will you be recycled back into another life, according to reincarnationists? Will you wake up in Hell, according to christians? Where -is- this place? We're all so trapped..

Everyone's been there at one point or another. I have to look at the possitive things in life, and the bottom line is "I'm Number One!!! Nobody can make me feel bad unless I allow them, and nobody can make me feel good ... a good that lasts a long time except myself.

Life itself might get tired of us before we get tired of it, the thing to remember is that life is what YOU make it.

Make your life about positive things about being out and about even the simplest thing like a 30 minute walk in the morning can help change your perspective and get you back on track.
