I went to a movie tonight and got free refills! HOLY COW! I had no clue they did that!!!

Down here in Alabama you get free refills on Large Pocorns and Large Drinks.

We have MJR, Celebration, NCG and AMC theaters here...all of them offer refills on any size of pop or pocorn. Most have the self-serve fountains for the pop.
Those which do not in our area are Star and Showtime. Star does have a reward program that gives you a free small pop/popcorn for every 5th ticket purchased through the program.

The theater I go to most often has free soda refills. I'm not sure about the popcorn since you'd have to go up to the counter to ask. (The soda machines are self serve.)

I know of one that offers a refill on the biggest sized popcorn but I've never seen it for drinks. It's the least they can do when they are charging you $9 bucks for it in the first place.

None that I know of. Its not even worth it for me to go to the movies with three kids.
