* Yes it is normal and healthy for you... lets out the emotion so you can deal with the situation. Good for your eyes to clean them too... There are tears of joy too.

So, go ahead and cry... It is good for you once in awhile.

Hello, yes of course that is very cool, no worries. What ever your feeling you go right ahead and get those tears out the worst thing that we can do is try and bottle everything up inside and you will find also that after those tears have come out you will feel 10 times better. And I don't care what you feel you need to cry about you go ahead and let them tears out okay, it's awesome to cry and very normal. Also I'm not sure what your gender is but even if your male we are all human, this doesn't mean your any less of a man.

Chow.

Yes, of course it is. Crying is a great way to release emotions and it is much better than keeping it all pent up inside. Crying can be because of stress, an overload of emotions, or just plain pms. Crying is good for everyone, from children to adults, from guys to girls. It not only clears out your tear ducts and eyes, but it relaxes the body as well. Cry and be free.

~Just don't over do it. Like everything moderation is key.

Perfectly normal! This is what is called cleansing. You clean your body everyday..... clean your house, garden regularly. What about your soul? The most sacred part of your existence. It also requires cleansing. And tears are the most natural to wash away all the subconscious thoughts that might be troubling you deep inside.... And I am sure you feel good after that. If sumtimes you feel more heavy after crying, maybe you need to cry more...

Theres nothing wrong with shedding a few tears every now and then we all do it at times. I will cry when I look at baby pictures of my kids or if something reminds me of them. Or something that I hear or see might make me cry and its not always sad. Crying relieves some pain let it out. And for whatever reason you are crying I hope it gets better and I hope you become happier!

yes it is very normal to want to just have a good cry sometimes. It is the bodys way of releasing stress. As long as you are only doing it once in awhile it's okay. If it is something you are doing often, you may want to talk to your doctor.
