If I'm not mistaken, the studio only has one volume and tone control for both pickups.
The standard has one volume and tone for each pickup.
Could be other minor differences too but can't remember at the moment.
I have the standard, I love it. I used to have an original Gibson Gold Top way back in the early 70's, the Epi is pretty darn close to it.

If you played it at a music store, ask the sales person what differences there are, try to play both one after the other and compare.

But when it comes down to it, whatever you like to play and what sounds good to you is what you should get.

The Les Paul Studio has no binding. The Les Paul Standard has binding on the body and neck. The LEs Paul Custom would have binding on the neck, headstock, and body. The woods are different also. The pick ups would most likely be the same on the epiphone models. The picks vary with the Gibson models.
