When Yahoo's computer divides your answers to figure out the percent, it probably comes to - for example - 19.3% and 80.7% but they don't show the decimal points, so you only see the 19% and 80%, which add up to 99%.

It does that to me too. If you look though usually when you roll over your name your percent increases by 1% and then they add up.
