Magnesium mesh of greater than 400?

I am looking to get a super fine powder of magnesium. I have a magnesium bar and i want to get it into a super fine mesh. What is the best way? Don't sa use a drill, it doesn't work.

IT IS NOT FOR EXPLOSIVES!!!!!!!!!!! It will be used to start campfires while camping. Why does every think the negative connotation!

Magnesium burns very well in air. I imagine that magnesium powder could be explosive. Are you making fireworks or a bomb?
