I had Chicken Lo Mein and it had all kinds of vegetables and I drank orange juice for breakfast. So much for 5 fruits and 5 veggies daily, LOL.

Strawberries- with cream
green beans onions, bell peppers, cabbage, bean sprouts - Left over veggies from stir fry
some salad at olive garden`
kale - reduced with bacon.
Vegetables taste great with meat.
