I know that anyone with a PhD, or MD would probably be intelligent enough not to be a politician, but I would like to know what their address would be. The rules of etiquette would dictate that they not be called "Mr. President", but the term "Dr. President" sounds odd. What do you think that they would be called?

Senator Bill Frist of Tennessee is a Dr. but I wouldn't put a lot of stock into him, lol. He stated AIDS could possibly spread by kissing. So not so sure about the intelligent part.
He is just Senator Frist.
As for president they would still be known as President.
Technically they are changing occupations from Dr. to President. They of course still have their degrees so the would still be a licensed MD, but they would not be practicing so they wouldnt' actually be an MD.
