I have a Toshiba laptop and want to know how to connect the tv tuner card to it ?

There are several TV tuners for laptops that connect through the USB port and some through the PCMCIA slot. But make sure that they have all the correct software included some require XP Media Center Edition (or Windows MCE) to use them so check out the boxes before using one. Another thing is that all require an external antenna (and some do not include them) so do not forget to purchase an antenna (if you need to) from a local electronic shop (computer stores do not carry any kind of selection of indoor antennas).
BTW, the TV cheaper tuners are not all you will hope for and the more expensive ones are hard to justify.
