I don't think there has been a study on such a thing. But, I find that Europeans are more comfortable with their bodies than most Americans, so probably Europeans. Also, come to think of it, I don't really see lot of nightwear on sale in Europe like it is here.

I do not know I am from India, but I would like to see American girls sleeping naked they are very beautiful and have great body, i think they work a lot on their beauty.
And for Europeans i have not seen many beauties like americans.
