i Live in singapore and my laptop charger's connection point(the part where the charger is connected to the laptop) is loose. is it possible to just repair tht part?

You say Lenovo? I believe you may be able to get a warranty replacement. Lenovo is not more than 2 years with branding, even though they have been doing the manufacturing for quite a bit longer than that.

Call IBM to see about the warranty.
