Contact your local Bar Association. The Bar Association is a lawyers' organization. They have an ethics board, and you can file a complaint with the ethics board of the local organization.

No, you cannot revoke a lawyer's license, at least under the circumstances you've presented thus far. A lawyer can have their license suspended or can be disbarred, but the process requires that a complaint be filed with the state bar association. The complaint is investigated and the committee determines the outcome. Addressing an unprofessional lawyer is best accomplished by not hiring or referring them.

You would need to have been personally harmed by the lawyer, then file a complaint with the state bar ethics board. Some states allow private citizens to file complaints, even if you have no personal contact.

The state bar ethics board would then evaluate the lawyer's conduct, and determine if sanctions were warranted. Disbarment (loss of license) is only appropriate if the lawyer's conduct was criminal, or an egregious violation of the ethical regulations.

Contact your state bar association (or the state supreme court) for more information.

file a complaint with the state bar association. Be sure that it is worthy of such a complaint though, it is not to be taken lightly.
