Maybe small when limp but may actually be normal. Could have blocked others viewing perhaps but too late now although can imagine he would have been embarrassed. Suppose it had been a guy that did that to a girl then without a doubt would have been arrested

Depends on the person. It would be funny if it was someone who could take it and play it up. I hate seeing people be humiliated though, famous or not.
