How do I enable Javascript?

My mail section on Yahoo is just text not any animation or anything. It said that I need to enable Javascript. How do I do that?

Tools->Internet Options->Security
Make sure, the selected zone is "Internet".
Click on custom level.
Scroll down upto 75%. You will find,
"Scripting".
Enable the "Active Scripting" option.
