Wait and find out. When you wake up tomorrow morning is it on the right time? If not change it.

If you have xp and have ticked the box "Automatically adjust for Dayligh Savings", then yes it should. Your clock also contacts a windows serve once a week to make sure you're clock is accurate.
However, if you want your clock to be perfectly accurate, you can download an Atomic Clock Synchronization program. Atomic clocks are the most accurate in the world, and this program contacts an American laboratory daily, to make sure that your computer clock is perfect.

This program will recognize what time-zone you live in, and will automatically adjust for daylight-savings.
Cheers!

Tina, a suggestion for ya...
when asking questions about your computer, unless it's a hardware problem, we would like to know what your Operating System is (e.g. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 98, Linux, etc.)
This helps those familiar with that OS to better answer your question.
However, in most cases that I've seen where the OS is not indicated, it's usually presumed by the answerer that the OS is Windows XP.

No it won't, but it is easy to change it to the correct time. Simply click on your time in the system tray. Look at the three tabs on top. Click on Internet Time. Click on Update Now. Do this after the time change and the update will change the time for you.
