Use black mascara, and use a brown eyeliner. Then apply some shimmery rusty type orange on your crease, and a light light pink below the brow. I have blue eyes and when I do this, they always stand out.

ho my god! i will give you good tips for you eyes and coler
1.you should wear a blueish black
2.over the blue and black put a littel bit of white
3.make you eye brows a littel more thin than thay are (by waxing)
4.top it of with a cool sortof thick masckara

I have the same problem and I usually use lots of black mascara and eyeliner(the eyeliner doesn't necessarily have to be used)and pink eye shadow.

light blue eye shadow.

You should just fill them with expression, and believe me, that will stand them out mora than ANY eye-shadow.

what u do is use a mild amount of eyeliner on the top lid and mascara that lengthens them
