I have regular pictures can I scan them on a photo machine at say walmart and have them put on a CD??

Yes, just use the copy option in the CD software.
But,
Buy a scanner for your PC it will be cheaper in the long run.
The scanner will copy the picture to a data file and you can burn it to a CD if you have a CDRW drive and "burning" software.

Tip: If the pictures are important (archival quality). Do not use cheap CD's and make the copies on the slowest burn speed. They will last longer.

You sure can. You just tell them you want to scan them and put them on a CD ... most places will help you get started -- its real easy. In the future -- when you get film pictures developed.. you can pay a couple extra bucks and they will also make a CD to go with the prints!

yes you can do at most major stores -including wal-mart, CVS
Ritz and even fedex Kinkos
all these places usually have a photo machines
which can print from your memory card or disk
and can also burn photos to a cd.
or you can have the store do it for you (Ritz and CVS)
have a service where you can leave your memory
card and they would put the photos on the cd for you
