When one is depressed they are in a low energy vibration.
Movement, like working out, moves the old energy out --- and your breath, (breathing) is moving new energy through the body. it's all about energy and it's all about how that energy is vibrating in the body, at a low frequency or a high one.

Stress is the body's natural reaction to a disressing or dangerous situation. It is leftover from begining of mankind when humans had to struggle to survive. If they saw something that might kill them, stress would kick in and release certain chemicals. These chemicals increased bloodflow, breathing, and other things, and therefore could help a human get away quicker. Now there isnt much of a use for that, so when you get stressed you have these chemicals in you. So by exercising you use up these chemicals and you feel better.

Your body has natural anti-depressants called endomorphines. When you work out, cry, or do any kind of physical activity, it releases those anti-depressants and it makes you feel a whole lot better. It also takes your mind off of everything that you are and have been experiencing. Physical activity is good for you physically and mentally as well.

Getting pumped up means getting your endorphins going. Enorphins resemble opiates but are manufactured by the body and influenced by physical activity. Chilli peppers will do the same for you.

Exercise releases endorphins into the bloodstream, which causes you to feel "happy". There are several other activities, such as breastfeeding, that have the same effect.

becuase your body produces a chemicle called endormorphines.. at least i think that is what they are called. but anyway these chemicals give you a slight high. that is the high that many people get hooked on and why they enjoy working out so much...lets
