life sucks at times its up to us to make it better

without details its hard to answer specifically.
but our worlds do get torn apart sometimes, and its up to us to learn from the experiences, however dreadful and devastating.
you may not think it now, but you WILL recover from whatever has happened to you. and if you have been deserted for another person, then lucky that didnt waste any more time on the jerk.
i believe things happen for a reason, that on our karmic wheel there is something which we have not learnt yet and these harsh things are there to be learnt from. in one year my hubby was made redundant,turned to drink, got evicted, eldest daughter bullied, youngest daughter seriously ill, then we been in severe car crash that almost wiped us all out. but i've still here, bruised and battered emotionally, spiritually and physically. i am having conselling so i can vent my angst. my hubby has new job, i am almost at end of 2 year course so can go back to work f/t, daughter sorted out bullying with help of teacher and us, youngest one didnt die, got new bigger car, ,,,,,,, its all given me a sense of perspective of what is really important, and that even tho i've been thru hell, some people out there still suffer even more.
we are strong, and must nuture that strength.
get yourself counselling, it works.
fling yourself into work, friends, new hobbies, take kids (if have kids) on fab holiday (doesnt have to cost much), treat yourself to a massage.
and remember, you are a beautiful person with people who love you.
move forward, dont let people who hurt you ruin your life.
it will pass.

Religion has torn our world apart with wars thus the amount of poverty and animosity. Sad thing about that is that we are probably all worshiping the same god... but in different ways.

It happens , sometimes in a relationship things are awesome, it can go for month's or years then when things go bad, and you can't even communicate it leaves one to wonder how in love were you really?
My answer ....there is a perfect someone for everyone.........it just may take heartache to find them.........
