No, and the reason is because a Fire Belly "Toad" does not have wart's.
Not the kind you think of when you think of humans anyway. They are not planter's or common or any other type of wart a human could get.
Frogs are just described as "warty" because thats what people think of when they see the bumbly skin of toads.

No you will not get a wart. I have 7 fire belly toad and have had them for about a year. I pick mine up for about 5 minutes a day and play with them. I have never gotten a wart from them.

No, you don't get warts from a toad. Didn't the pet store give you some ideas about what to expect from you new pet? If they didn't, you should go back there and have them answer all your questions.

Never put them together. Really, I wouldn't suggest mixing species of any reptile or amphibian. A 12x12x12 Exo Terra could comfortably house two, and an 18x18x18 Exo Terra could definitely fit up to 6. But don't mix the newts and toads because the newts would eat the toads and then get poisoned so they would both die.

Warts are a filterable virus that is caught from cuts and scratches on the skin and not the mucus glands that are on the backs of toads.

no i have 3 fire bellys u ant get warts but they do excrete toxins from there skin it wont hurt u but keep them away from other pets and wash ur hands after touching them

No, I dont believe you can get worts from a frog!!! I had four fire bellied frogs and I never got worts from them.They are poisinous on their bellies....

no not true my son has 2, not good to touch though, they can carry some disease from what i have read, my want to wear latex glove to handle them.
