Listen, coragryp, the Un-American Un-Civilized Anti-Liberties Union has defended hate groups like Neo-Nazis and other hate groups. The ACLU banned the use of Manger scenes in public property. The ACLU is against organized religion. You should read the news a little more.

The Supreme Court is the body that ruled a manger scene or any other religious artifact has no place on a government owned property - you know, that old pesky separation of Church & State thing!
Our forefathers didn't care for the cozy relationship between the Church of England & the English crown/government or the Catholic Church & the governments of Spain & many others.
Personally I don't have a problem with a manger scene or the 10 Commandments on public/government owned land but hey I am a Christian!
If you had done your homework you would know that the ACLU has represented many Christian organizations also.

I never understood why its called the american civil liberties union... I think I finally figured it out though. Just because its called the american cancer society doesnt mean they are in favor of cancer.

The ACLU isn't against organized religion - it's against religion organized by the government. Go read the constitution before saying dumb things. They'd defend you if you needed them.

America's Constitution Loves Us.
It's really sad that you choose to pick on an organization whose sole purpose is to defend the Constitution for everyone. A group that's defended hundreds of Christian groups. A group who works to ensure that everyone is allowed their freedom of speech, and freedom of worship.
It guess it doesn't matter to you much because you happen to be in the majority. Just hope that if the ACLU does go away, you never end up being in minority. Because then, you won't have anyone to fight for your rights.
