Hi !!!
Yes!! Of course, it makes a sound!!!
Now, the question of no one being there or not doesn't alter the fact that sound is the disturbance of mechanical waves that propagates through matter; due to vibration.
Whether some one is there to here the sound or not, that doesn't mean there is actually no sound made by the falling tree.
GOD BLESS YOU AND HAPPY LIFE

While it will make vibrations, it won't make a sound. "Sound" is something our brain creates from vibrations in the air; all a falling tree (or any other object) would do is to create those vibrations for something with functioning ears and a brain that can process them to interpret.

I had an aunt who was stone-deaf. At our yearly thanksgiving reunion, I was amazed at all the constant noise going on, yet she was oblivious to all of it.
So, yes, the sound is there. It is only "heard" if there is a receptor.
