I've been following the career of Grover since he first appeared on Sesame Street on October 10, 1969, and can safely say he is the better of the two.
A true Renaissance monster, he has been, besides Super Grover, a waiter, cowboy, farmer, pilot, house painter, plumber, disco dancer and more. He has also starred in several episodes of Monsterpiece Theater, including "Chariots of Fur" and "The Old Man (Grover, of course) and the C."
The magazine Entertainment Weekly named him "Cool Puppet of the Year" about 15 years ago.
In the past few years, he's been hosting a travel show on Noggin that lets kids see life all around the world.
And he's not always as long-suffering as you might think. On a recent video ("What's the Name of That Song?"), he even told Elmo to "snap out of it." As if Elmo ever could.

Grover by far, but Cookie Monster is the absolute best and Oscar is the second best.

Grover, even though I love Cookie Monster and Oscer...but I really just dislike Elmo, and his world for that matter.

elmo! 'lalala lalala elmos world!' sorry a lil too much babysitting lol...but grover is pretty cool 'super grover!!!!' so im stuck between the 2! lol...i sound like a lil kid!
