I am 16. I can get turned on by girls but I have to kinda make my self get turned on by them and am pretty much always turned on by dudes if they are hot. I usually get turned on by dudes much more often then girls. I am ok with being gay I just was wondering why I get turned of by certain girls. I am very confused. Are many people bi? This just has me in a rut. I am thinking about this very often. Please give me some advice,

this is a tuffy, but, i think you need every ones opinion. i am straight (just thought you might want to know). i am a girl. i'm not sure why people have urges to have sex, date or marry the same sex and i seriously hope that one day they will find out and could cure this (if the person wants to be cured). having said that, if my children were bi, gay, whatever i would still love them and treat them the same. now, i will answer your question. i think you are a bit young to be putting yourself into any category. don't label yourself just yet. be patient, be a teenagers and explore, don't commit to one or the other.

Take a deep breath and go with the flow. Don't worry about it. Labelling will make it stressful.
Example: I now identify as gay. But a few months ago I identified as gay but was having confusion. I then identified as bi, and thought i HAD to sleep with a woman (cause im bi right?) who i wasnt even attracted to. Just felt so wrong. So afterwards i didn't put any label, and felt sort of free. I ended up only being attracted to men. I still waited, and then when i met this guy...I knew that i'm gay. Its a whole experience u have to go thru. Just relax and enjoy life.

I think..if you are attarcted to both sexes..and can see yourself with a guy or a girl...i would say your bi.
yes..there are lots of people bi...there is nothing to feel a rut over really..just do what feels good for you.
I'm straight..but I do know there are lots of groups and functions..bars..etc for gays..bis around...have you checked around for places you can join so you can talk to people there?..it might help you feel more comfortble finding out who you are inside.
I would say too..for getting turned on by certain girls and not others..that is sexual attraction coming thrur..we all have that..sometig about a guy will turn my head..while another guy will do nothig for me.
I hope you find who you are inside so you can live your life to your most happiest.

Pansexual is where you like one gender, but you find people of both sexes to be attractive, gender just isn't a factor to you. I like guys, but when I'm at sleepovers and stuff sometimes I'll makeout with my female friends, it doesn't really turn me on that much, I just do it for the hell of it. Most people call me slutty and loose, I don't think of myself as that, why limit yourself to one gender? I think if the world was more willing to explore their sexualities, gays would be so much more accepted. Pan is different from Gay, Straight, and Bi, because it's not something you're born with, it's a life choice.

yeppers, there are alot of people that are bi. If u r turned on by guys and girls, then u are bi. Even if u kinda have to help yourself get turned on by girls, if u get horny checking out their girly parts, but r mostly turned on by guys then i would say that u r bi. which is completely fine. I would say you are gay but with a slight bi tendency. My sister is a lesbian and she gets the same way. She loves her wife but every once in a while she see a guy she gets turned on by.
