cramps right before placebos while on birth control?

i m currently on Aviane birth control pills and i start taking the placebos and having my period in 2 days. for the past few days though i´ve been experiencing cramping and pain in my lower mid section and near my sides. it seems to get worse at night, could this have anything to do with the birth control? there is no chance that i could be pregnant

The pains are just before you start your period? IT"S CALLED CRAMPS!!!! Take an anti-diarrhea medication (Imodium) and get over it.

Aviane does not cause cramps of that sort. They have nothing to do with the pill.
