No, double indemnity is a clause in life insurance policies in the case of accidental death.
Neither is it "double jeopardy" either. That would be being prosecuted (in a criminal court) twice for the same offense.

A restraining order can be renewed as often as needed - as long as you are still a threat. Sooner or later though, you will probably be arrested for it.
