ooo..That's hard,save money to go to a fancy pancy salon.Save even more to have a shopping spring and by new clothes.Save and save for make up.U know everyone is beutiful no matter what anyone says.U don't need make up or anything to make u look beutiful,because u already r!U can use it to look prettier,if u want.Just to let u know.To look good can be expencive.so..u know.Good luck! :D

Go with a classic look...maybe a shorter bob or page-boy hairstyle. Don't know what your lifestyle is...but invest in classic clothes...a few really good quality items will take you a long distance. Always spend extra on a great coat, purse and shoes...these create the first impression when anyone sees you. Wear clothes that are a bit loose rather than a bit tight. Choose neutral colors if finances are limited. Save a flaming red for bed...or go with black . Forget the frippery and styles that last a season...avoid clutter.

1. dye ur hair black( if u want wit red highlights)
2. wear tons of black eye shadow and lots of black eyeliner.
3. wear a shirt that says something or a shirt with logo's.
4. wear tight skinny jeans.

i like the vast saggy shirt and a zipper up hoody with the shirt exhibiting on the botton of the hoody. i like the saggy pants with 0.5 their boxers exhibiting. GANGSTA! ((Btw, i'm a white woman at a prep college)
