Does anyone know nice/affordable junior/youth clothing stores in Toronto or Niagra Falls, New York?
[That aren't anywhere else i.e Kitchener]

I like Target, cheap (sometimes,) mostly cute. I've seen the youth and junior things. They rock! Very up to date.
