4) curse at my husband for hiding all the lighters

I get candles, light them and listen to my iPod., play games on my phone. I don't have to worry about the battereies because I have the car chargers for both, and while I'm in the car sometimes I just go for a drive while I listen to my iPod/radio.

We pretend like we're camping. We get out the lanterns, candles, flashlights, etc. We play cards or board games then my husband and I look longingly at each other and wish the kid's were at grandma's.

I have a small radio/television that works on batteries so I can stay in contact with what is going on with the power outage and I have several decorative oil lamps. Thankfully, we haven't had a power loss in quite some time.

My house is full of candles so I don't have to look far. I light candles in everyroom of the house.
