Because she had a nervous breakdown after Kevin told her she can't see her kids until she went back to rehab and clean herself up. Then she went crazy breaking a camera person's window of their car. And cutting off her hair.

I heard that she cut off because of a fight with her mom and that everyone told her she had bad hair like split ends so she wanted to start over
