i have this friend who trusted me with anything, and now i accidently said somthing about his ex to him, he made me really mad. what can i do to get all hs trust back?

talk to him bout it.
and tell him your REALLY sorry.
and that you really didn't mean it.
and tell him how good of a friend he is, and that you were being the jerk for saying that. (not saying your a jerk) but yeahh..

If it was a slip of the tongue then an apology should suffice.
if it was intentional then they obviously are very sensitive and don't want to hear anything about an ex.
You should have know the person well enough not to cross the line.
if they are being silly about the whole thing and it was nothing important then you have to tell them that they are over reacting.
Unless it threatens them personally they shouldn't hold onto to it and use it against you.
If you have always been trustworthy then it doesn't make sense to hate you for one comment or never share again.
This might not be about trust issues, it's sounds like something much more.

Not sure what you are saying. He got mad at your for bringing up his ex. We need more info like you said she was fat and he got mad or you said you liked his ex and he got mad.
Winning trust just depends on the person and how severe the breach was, sometimes there is no fixing the problem.

start from the beginning again. the task was done, you can't undo it. maybe next time, think hard before blurting out or doing anything. ask for another chance. every one deserves it. control your emotions specially when you're mad.
