I've been to the observation deck on the 103rd story of the Sears Tower in Chicago. That's 1,353 feet above ground.

The tallest building I've ever been in had 64 or 67 floors, I'm not sure which, and I went to the top where they have a restaurant.

The CN Tower in Toronto, world's tallest freestanding structure, I went up to the 1,465 ft level on the outside elevators.

the tallest building i have ever been in was the world trade center back in 1986..and i was all the way up on the observation deck

I don't know which is taller the Sears Tower or the Empire State building...All the way to the top of both.
