It varies by state as does the definition of scalping, how far, if at all, you can go above the original price of the ticket. In AZ you can sell tickets on the street as long as you're a certain distance away from the venue where the event is taking place.

Not in all states but even in the ones it is, that doesn't stop a lot of people from doing it.
Doesn't stop the illegals from slithering across the border's.
