i am trying out for cheerleadind in two weeks and if i can do a bckhand spring i well have a much better chances of making it .PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

have someone show you and put it in your head that if you get his down pat you will win a million dollars and believe it.

If you have a friend who does gymnastics or can do a back-hand spring, ask if they can help teach you this tricky move. Practice Practice Practice as much as you can!! If you can't get it down, try learning a round-off.

i got to a gymnastics class where i dance and i do cheerleading there! or try to have someone who knows how to do a backhandspring and see how that helps!1
