He is hiding from the charges that Germany has brought against him for his part of the war in Iraq. Bush and Deadeye Dick Cheney cannot be far behind, should they be tried for their Crimes against the Iraqi people and their crimes against humanity. You bet.

Rumsfeld has retired and is probably laying low to avoid people like you.
Bush and Cheney have to commit crimes in order to be prosecuted. Believing something is a crime doesn't make it one. Nations can get away with things that individuals can't. How many people died while JFK and LBJ were in office? Should Jimmy Carter be held accountable for his incompetence while president? Should Bill Clinton be held accountable for all the innocent people who died in Afghanistan and Sudan when we showered them with tomahawk cruise missiles in a pathetic attempt to kill bin Laden? How about all the Somalis who died in Mogadishu? Who should be prosecuted for that? That happened well after the humanitarian mission had ended. The troops were there to try to set up a stable government and eliminate the violent elements that were preventing that....sound familiar?
The point is...you can't be selective about who gets prosecuted. If Bush and Cheney deserve it, then so do most presidents going all the way back to Washington.

Who cares where Rummie the warmonger is....I never want to see his face again...
I'm more concerned about where Karl Rove is hiding... changing his identitiy maybe, preparing his flight to the South Pacific to start a new life?
Bush and Cheney should both be tried for high treason and crimes against humanity......

Who knows, but one thing is for certain.
He is not in Germany where there is a warrant for his arrest, so he can be tried for war crimes.
Of course both Bush and Cheney should be impeached then prosecuted for taking this country to war based on a pack of GOP lies.

He isn't.
Now you, on the other hand, might want to consider finding another site Nancy, Brenda, Susie Q, Crypto Jew Girl, Crypto Jew Boy, Bob, Lori, etc., etc., etc.
In case you haven't noticed, the game is up and you are no more welcome here than the folks you constantly condemn.
But, thanks for sharing!
