Your best bet is to pick up a gay-oriented magazine, preferably a local one. Most of these have classified sections, and in them you'll find 'modeling ads' among others. Usually companies do not explicitly advertise if they are looking for pornstars, usually they are found either through word of mouth at gay clubs and in some cases people are approached.
Many modeling job ads are simply 'gateways' to the pornography industry.
