Get into social activities. Go out one day of the week to a nice pub (avoid dance clubs and taverns). Meet people. Eventually, the right one will come along. If you stay in your apartment, you won't meet anyone for sure.

Just goes places that people typically meet others like church, a gym, clubs/lounges, take an activity class, jog in the park.. I am sure you'll run into someone.

Go out to a coffee shop or a night club or where ever you like to hang out...find a girlfriend, date her for a bit then ask her to marry you.
