You are asking for a 500-page answer so here is the summary.
If you live in the US, there are only four ways to build wealth / increase your net worth. Thay are:
1. Invest in the stock market
2. Invest in Real Estate
3. Own / partner in business(es)
4. Advance career or "W-2" job
That's it. Anyone who says there is another way is selling something. Your next question to yourself should be, "What am I willing to submerge myself into by learning so that I can greatly increase my chances of success in one of these areas?"
To ensure your own prosperity you need to first reduce your expenses, reduce your liabilities, and then increase your income. There is a further explanation of this at the URL below. It seems to be the fullest explanation of everything related to personal finance I have yet found.
I hope that this helps you. Good luck on your journey.
And remember that life is a journey, not just a cold road chasing riches. Love comes first.
Be blessed,

Graduate High School. Go to College. Graduate with a degree in something useful (not art or history etc.). Get a decent entry level job. Work 35-40 years. Save at least 10% of your earnings each year. You are now rich at the age of 60 and can live in comfort for the next 20-25 years. Congratulations!

I'm not rich yet, but I am getting out of debt. Have you heard of Dave Ramsey's program? He has been rich, bankrupt, and now completely out of debt (and well off, again). His programs and books are great! You shouldn't aim for getting rich quick, but aim for becoming debt free. When you become debt free you can save money to become rich. Check out Dave Ramsey's radio program that airs every night (you can find a radio station near you through his website). I highly encourage you to check out his program. He also offers "Financial Peace" courses that last about 6-8 weeks. These are offered all over the country. Good luck!

Here are some books you should read, by people who made their money legally:
Think and Grow Rich
Rich Dad, Poor Dad
The Millionaire Next Door
Those will really help you. I also recommend anything by Suze Orman.

i don't think anyone is going to answer this question by saying "I'm rich, this how you can become like me"
so basically, i don't think anyone's going to answer this question (besides me)
