I want it to be a surprise but i know nothing about flowers. Should i get a pin on one or one that goes around her wrist?

She's wearing a black dress and i'll be wearing a black suit or tuxedo. Where would i get it from and what flowers should i get?

We are both 16 and live in England, prom's in about 6 weeks.

Go to your local florist. You're not the first inexperienced (about flowers) man they have seen. Get the wrist kind. (You don't want to stick her or tear up her dress.) Do you know her favorite color or flower? If so, opt for a corsage with that. If you still feel uncomfortable, ask your mom or older sis to go with you. (Ladies know what other ladies like.)

i'm British, and we don't do promenade/dances such as you adult men do regularly. Sounds to me regardless of the indisputable fact that that that's greater of an off-the-cuff occasion? despite while you're going as acquaintances, and it is not numerous a acceptable dance, you may desire to nonetheless bypass to that greater attempt to make her smile! particularly than a corsage worn on the wrist, you may desire to take a greater comfortable and modern mindset and purchase her a flower accessory for her hair that merely clips in. it rather is quirkier and could in all probability be greater effective favored if she isn't the form to bypass in a gown! you will locate issues like this in maximum women human beings's clothing stores or failing that ask your mum or woman mate to point you interior the perfect direction!
