See a doctor and get a physical. If you have done that maybe you need to listen to them if they gave you some advice. Seriously you could simply have a physical condition.

Fears are not always a bad thing, but if you want to conquer
your fear"Meet it head-on". Planes and Helicopters are a great start, A hot Air Balloon Ride is wild, I met my fear through challenge, I scaled Hills, then Smaller Mountains, then Bigger Mountains, then Cliffs. I once scaled the red rock Canyons Free Style (NO ROPES or GEAR) and it was funny because when me and my friend reached the top, the Seargent of the Airborn Rangers was briefing his new recruits on the Dangers and level of difficulty in rappelling the same walls with ropes and gear. I conquered the fear that very day. But, I cant do Tall Ladders to this day? HMM. and so it continues.

I can relate i used to be afraid of heights the reason for me is that i felt like i had no control or that i could do nothing to prevent myself from falling. I saw what was infront of me as something that didn't want to face and that was the act that i might fall but in a plane a felt that the plane offered me security and i trusted it to keep me safe .
