Perhaps it is for the same reason that ambiguity and personal historical phenomenology shapes perception and prejudice. The Will is positive, but the Judgment is negative.

Point of view or perspective shapes our understanding or what we think that we know.

As for accuracy, that is just a silly idea that we have, that some objective standard called accuracy exists.
