When, what channel (TV STATION), will the Smackdown and Raw Monsters fight?

Kane and Khali are going to fight on Pay Per View so the only way to see them fight is to order Wrestlemania 23 for about $55. The channels depend on what type of tv connection u have (cable or satellite)
