What made them to creepy?

Hmmm I have met a few! One that stands out still was a man that came into the library where I worked and applied for a library card. When I was giving him one he kept asking strange questions like, "If I have a fire and my library books burn up, do I have to pay for them?" and other ways of the books being destroyed.
Then, after I gave him a card (probably shouldn't have) he checked out one book and left. About an hour later I heard something fall into the book drop and when I looked to see what it was in the drop it was that book drop, it was the book he checked out (with most of the pages ripped out) along with is card!! I never saw him again.

Strange and creepy are not necessarily the same thing.
I'm not creepy in the slightest, but doubt I could be much stranger.

a ""friend"" i had named Danielle.
she didnt take showers, she never brushed her hair, she passed gas a lot, very rude person, and she has this wierd obsession with the band Insane Clown Posse? just the name of this band should scare u.
nuff said.

I haven't met anyone really strange......cause I'm weird and to me "strange" people seem average to me
