Okay, so i'm thinking of wearing this outfit on monday. It's supposed to be around 50 degrees Fahrenheit or so here where i live..
1) white short sleeved V-neck hoodie w/ black t-shirt under it (layered).
2) black just-above-knee-length bubble skirt w/ black tights
3) black boots
What do you think? Any jewelry suggestions? :)

Ok. Let me tell you what is wrong with this outfit.
Let's begin from the top:
1. It is still winter. We do not wear white during winter.
2. Black under white almost never looks good.
3. Do they tights cover your whole leg, or do they stop before your ankles?
How to fix it:
1. Replace the white short sleeved V-neck hoodie with a black or grey version of the same garment.
2. If the tights stop anywhere before your ankles, you should replace them with tights that cover you whole leg.
Some suggestions to add to your outfit:
1. Matching newsboy cap or winter hat
2. Cute, warm, and matching skinny scarf and gloves
I hope you weren't offended by any of the things that I wrote, and I sincerely hope that you look really cute on Monday, and that you take into consideration some or all of my suggestions. Enjoy the cold!

sorry but that otfit is not really in style any more you should wear a ribbed tank with some skinny jeans or shorts and then some boheamin flip flops and huge bangles and a long heart neklace and a bohemian purse

it truly is totally marvelous. fantastically the boots! the problem i could replace is the headscarf and jewellery. The outfit looks somewhat overworked with all those upload-ons. only tone it down somewhat and also you may look large!

it s a nice outifit but i think the tights and boots kills it instead wear some peep toe heels
