Good Humos bi tahini recipe?

Buy the Humos Can + Garlic + Lemon + Taheena

You smach the garlic (till it is soft) and then you add a bit of Lemon + Taheena and at the end add the Humos Can. Mix it and tasteif it needs like more Lemon or etc..

Juts buy the Hommos can, put some smashed garlic 1 small will do, one lemon, mix them together, serve them in a plate with olive, and olive oil and na3na3 and voila, sa7tein

boil the hommos very well, and then use a very good electric blender, add lots of tahini, garlic and lemon juice

Buy them in cans,then put alittle water to it and 1 spoon of tahin and mix!

not cooked enough,
1- soak them overnight
2- you could add a little bi-carb soda in the water when cooking.
3- make sure your processor's blades are sharp enough.

i like it home made, so i agree with Webby....
Soak them all night....
Change the water in the morning, and boil them till be soft.
Peel them and put in the processor with tahinne, lemon juice and garlic.
Add water if necessary...serve with olive oil
