Call the Clerk of Court. Tell them what happened & what you should do. They are usually pretty easy to get along with. They 'might' refer you to the sheriff's office.
There could possibly be a warrent for your arrest on a contempt charge, seriously. So don't delay this. Fein stupidity, that's all you need to do.

If you are going for a hearing, you obviously plead not guilty to a charge. That doesnt look to good to the judge that you dont even have enough respect to show up,not once, but three times. Either tell them the truth, because you are obviously trying to avoid the situation,or try to plea bargain. Im not sure the judge is gonna have much sympathy for you though. If you have an attorney than they should have recieved the summons and notified you prior to your court appearance.

Gee, the truth would be a good idea - unless you want to spend some time in jail for perjury.

There is no excuse they haven't heard...their not going to believe you. Best bet, tell the truth, they might have more respect for that.

Too many excuses, they are tired of that . . .
You will now have to face the consequences because you burned up all the excuse options.

Yeah, it really doesn't matter what you say, the judge has heard it all and is going to throw the book at you.
