How much pain is there, what exactly happens, etc?

Generally there are two types of wax a beautician uses so if you're sensitive to pain let her know so she can use the milder version.
The longer the hair the more painful this will be however if you continue to get waxed reguarly every 3-4 weeks it almost feels like second nature over a period of time.
You can leave your pants on and they'll ask you just to pull them in around the area for how much you want removed unless you're getting a brazillian.
Don't worry they see this numerous times a day all week long so there's no embarrassment.

Warm wax (usually bees wax) in a thin layer is spread over the skin, where the hair is to be removed. Strips of material, (usually cotton) are then smothed over the warm wax. Then in one swift pull. OFF it comes
Of course there is a little discomfort. But it is short lived. And your skin will be pink for a bit. Use an Aloe lotion to sooth the waxed area.
There are always bits of wax left behind until you shower
One note, wear a pair of panties that you don't care about.
DO NOT WEAR YOUR SUIT.
Little bits of wax will adhear to the material, and the wax rewarms it will pull in places you won't like.
It is hard to get the wax out of material. An iron and piece of waxed paper will do the trick.
If you aren't sure, have your eyebrows done first.

Just grab hold of 3 or 4 of those curly hairs and yank em out
-- how'd that feel . Now think of yanking about a half a handful
or so at a time --does it hurt? What happens is that hair
disappears and you don't have to shave for awhile (comes
out but the roots)

Let me just say.....OUCH x10! It hurts so bad but worth it! go to a good salon and DO NOT try to do it by yourself!

o i dont know but i wanna know the answer. not for any particulary reason AT ALL! i just am courious cuz im sure it would HURT! gross and stupid...
